4/14/2006 the V message
LOVE this movie I just watched. On top of everything, the story made me say YES!
V: This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished, as the once vital voice of the verisimilitude now venerates what they once vilified. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose vis-à-vis an introduction, and so it is my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.
Evey Hammond: Who are you?
V: Who? Who is but the form following the function of what. And what I am is a man in a mask.
Evey Hammond: I can see that.
V: Of course you can. I am not questioning your powers of observation. I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is.
V: Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. There is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof.

P.S.: This is a South African kid! This is the first search result(not the first comes up) I stepped into and what I wanted is right there. A coincident with South African again! And with so many matching points again, communication, politics, media, music, Full Metal Jacket....

11/29/2005 What tha F*** is this?
Product Details ISBN:0811850722 Author:Oser, Bodhi Publisher:Chronicle Books Subject:Topic - Adult Publication Date:July 2005 Binding:Paperback Language:English Pages:160 Dimensions:6.02x8.18x.71 in. 1.04 lbs.
Publisher Comments: Juvenile, profane, and timeless, Fuck This Book collects images of real public signs that have been mischieveously altered by stickers bearing the most expressive of all four-letter words. Addictively hilarious, the results show a world persuasively transformed. Please Don't Fuck the Pigeons, indeed. What happens if one triggers the Automatic Sprinkler Fuck Off Valve? And is it any wonder The Fuck Depot is so popular? All photographs are unretouched—the result of countless hours on the hunt for the almost perfect sign, in need of just the slightest improvement. This is not social commentary. There is no message. It's not meant to offend, exploit, or embarrass anyone. All real stickers. All real signs. All in fun.
Only in Victoria it's prohibited, It's legal in Canberra. 我: Who's living in Canberra! Miles: Exactly!
11/3/2005 MeAt Mr Ryden --- BIG MEATY DAY
Just realised that Mr Ryden who Miles likes very much, has got some eastern fetish, too, as Miles does. 大肉天, big meaty day. Not sure if he knows about 大热天, big hot day. But the two sounds alike and feels alike somehow - thick, human, sexual, saturated. Even though the former is more like a nonsense post modern poetry word play.
Funny Miles favours his work perhaps as much as he fears blood. Wonder what Miles feels like when see saw the blood dripping on Mark's work.
Maybe because of being the new fetish of too many, stating the liking of Mark Ryden isn't as new age as it should be or was. But I think that the crowd like his work is a result of those most commercially proved popular elements - blood, sex, doll, teen, kidult, religion.... Or add a blindly over known abbreviate here, SM, Sadism & Masochism. Is the dark side of human nature reviled or celebrated here? Anyway, it's released, maybe, both of the above two. And that's how fetish become fetish. This so called elegant horror, helps transfer the deepest desire and wander an impossible life, e.g. being a criminal. Maybe I will go and watch Sleepy Hollow, see how Tim Burton is related as so many have said.
Wonder what would Sir Miles Anton Johnson say about my bloody comments.
Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind
Alan R. Clarke.
"Dear Miles
Wish you the best of your journey. Have heaps of fun, that is the most important thing. Remember, you are the shepherd boy, whatever you see, you see, whatever happenes, happens. Just be you just be happy. Take care.
Lots of love
Christie+Rob
xxoo xo
It's the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.
